        Hydrothermal process 4A zeolite production line
        Sodium aluminate solution and sodium silicate solution are used as raw material to prepare 4A zeolite. After blending and heating of the raw material, slurry preparation,crystallization, separation and drying processes,high quality 4A zeolite is gained with whiteness≥96, particle size that below 4um ≥90%, Calcium exchange ≥295.

        4A zeolite,also called molecular sieve,is a white solid powder, its chemical component is sodium silicoaluminate.It has exellent Ca2+ exchange capacity due to the special structure and appearance.It shows excellent performace when atcs as detergent additive because of the good dispersibility,nontoxicity and no precipitation appearance.
